Tomato Zucchini Pasta Supper


1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups fresh tomatoes, peeled & cubed
4 small zucchini, julienned
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 teas salt
1 pound linguini or spaghetti cooked & drained


  • In a large skillet sauté onion & garlic in oil until tender
  • Add tomatoes and zucchini; sauté until tender.
  • Add basil, salt & pepper. Serve over hot pasta.
